Our Training Programs

The programs below represent core learning pathways offered by Safe at Work. Each program is designed in partnership with your organisation — scoped to your context, workforce experience and operational priorities. We don't deliver off-the-shelf training. We design learning that reflects the real pressures of the people doing the work.

Facilitated Communication and Practice Modules

Psychological Safety & Respect at Work

Self-Directed Learning Modules

A suite of facilitated workshops designed for NDIS providers, community services, local government and business teams. These modules build confident communication, professional boundaries and practical skills for working in complex, emotional and high-pressure environments. Topics include difficult conversations, speaking up safely, managing challenging interactions, emotional regulation and boundary-setting under pressure. Delivered individually or as a connected learning pathway embedded in your existing team structures.

Best for: Teams who need more than information - they need a different kind of conversation.

Facilitated workshops that build genuinely psychologically safe, respectful and sustainable workplaces. Focused on leadership behaviours, team communication and preventing psychosocial harm, these sessions go beyond compliance to build the conditions where people actually feel safe to speak up, contribute and grow. Aligned with Victorian OHS obligations. Suitable for leadership groups, whole teams and executive level.

Best for: Organisations ready to move from policy to practice.

Short, self-directed modules designed for induction, onboarding, refresher training and LMS integration. Works as a standalone pathway or as part of a blended approach, combining self-directed learning with facilitated workshops to reinforce and embed capability over time.

Best for: Organisations wanting scalable, flexible learning that fits around rostered and frontline teams.
